Returns & Refunds
We love sharing our delicious flavours with you! Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once your order is shipped.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If something arrives broken, spoiled, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us right away at ahaflavoursuk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right — either with a replacement or a refund.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, we’ll send it back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take a little longer to process. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, just email us and we’ll sort it out.
