Dal Varieties:
Mudda Pappu: Plain, thick-cooked yellow lentils with an aromatic tempering.
Pesara Pappu: Light, smooth, and easily digestible split yellow moong lentils.
Tomato Pappu: Comforting lentils cooked with tangy tomatoes and green chilies.
Menthi Pappu: Aromatic lentils infused with fresh, earthy fenugreek leaves.
Palakura Pappu: Wholesome, iron-rich lentils cooked with tender spinach and garlic.
Sorakaya Pappu: Mild, hydrating lentils cooked with soft bottle gourd pieces.
